Come join us at Khalsa Gurmat Center for a series of events and activities as we celebrate Vaisakhi, a signficiant cultural festival for the Sikh community marking the birth of the Khalsa and the end of the harvest season. To commemmorate the occasion, Sikh communities around the world hold parades and festivities. Our celebrations will include the Nagar Kirtan, a traditional form of religious procession; Gatka, a display of the Sikh martial arts; and langar, the distribution of food.
On Saturday April 13, please join us in Federal Way as we celebrate this joyous occassion. The festivities will go from 9 am to 2 pm.
